Have seen people posting all over about it, my particular memory is that we were at Grandma's house in Clearwater,FL and we stayed up late to watch it........and sister Sue fell asleep Just before the moon walk came on!
1969, I'd have been almost 9 years old. I can still see in my mind's eye the living room at Grandma's, I remember thinking it was cool that we were in FL while it was happening.....like being in the state where the rocket had taken off from made us more a part of what was going on,lol.
